Our instructor Ashok K. Lama has much experienced in all over the world, over 25 years. He has played for many competitions in Nepal, Australia, Japan, Korea, Philippines and India.He had stayed out of country for over 10 years and now he has returned to Nepal to give back his skills for next generation of Taekwondo athletes and Nepal Taekwondo. Then, now he's going to lead the way in the growth and development of health, discipline and Taekwondo.
